I have mixed feelings on it. Yeah it was fun to watch, but I can sense the Lucas and Spielberg influences (like the monkey army...wtf) heavily on it now. However, Shia LePew did not retard the movie up, because he was not his usual spastic, convulsing idiot that he has played in all his movies.

I will say this, though: it was SOOO much better than Temple of Doom.
