Quite possibly the best research paper ever

In the massive quantity of papers I am writing for my language and culture class (18 of them to be exact) I have been given a research project. The point of the research project is to outline and analyze how Americans do a particular speech act. What could be a good topic that would be informative, entertaining and the best use of my time?
The answer came to me quite simply.
How to order a drink.
I plan on writing this 12 page paper, and do research on how to order a drink. Also with this, field work, and I have to tape some conversations with people ordering drinks, interactions and so on. This could possibly be the best paper I have ever written in my entire academic life, and by far should be the most entertaining to do research for. All I need to do really is bring a tape recorder to work with me, and maybe go out and hit up other bars after work?
So gents, anyone want to go out for a drink? You could honestly say it was for a good cause!
Anyways, I'm out for now. Maybe going out to the field to do some work...
