Explaining the whole sleep thing

So, apparently, people are supposed to sleep west/east because of incubuses. Not the band, silly. Incubus are critters that travel north & south generally and eat dreams. Not just any dreams, but bad ones. They are said to paralyze their victims and eat their dreams. And because the human brain is positively charged (near god, something like that) they prefer to eat the dreams thru the feet and absorb any other energies they get from the body. So sleeping north/south and havin uncovered feet makes you fall victim of an incubus. If you are to awaken to an incubus feeding, they have you paralyzed to the point you cannot speak or move (along with their venom which immobilizes you) and you are so overwhelmed with what you are doing you are filled with the worst form of fear.

Wiccans, again, are retarded. But it does offer some sorta witchery to the sleep paralysis thing.
