Heartbreak and Dissapointment

Shannon and I are shopping for homes at the moment and received a big dose of heartbreak and disappointment last night. After looking a home on Tuesday that was beautiful and had a great pool in the back yard we were quite excited but not yet approved for funding. We went to the banks the next day and received approval for a great loan with a low interest rate. We immediately called our realtor to write up an offer for us. About 15 minutes later the phone rang and it was our realtor again. 10 minutes earlier the seller had accepted an other offer already. It was a real disappointment but a good learning experience. I actually am really enjoying shopping around for houses. I'm going to look at a few more today, one of them is pretty much the same as the house we lost out on just replace the pool with a really nice back yard.
